VINIFICATION - MATURATION
Fermentation at low temperature in order to maximize the extraction of primary aromas. Short maturation with the fine lees.
COLOR
Pale yellow color with green hints.
TASTING NOTES
Pronounced aromas of lime, litchi, grapefruit, peach, nectarine, with some notes of grass and sweet aromas of white blossoms. Pleasant acidity, medium body with the flavours following the aromas of the nose with a pleasant aftertaste.
FOOD PAIRING
Excellent match for seafood salads, lean white meat and pasta with light sauces.
