ODENSE Truffle à la DK is a creamy, light pink truffle paste with crispy kadayif pieces and a fresh raspberry flavour. A modern reinterpretation of the popular Dubai truffle, where sweetness and acidity meet in perfect balance.
Use it as a filling in cakes, muffins and flødeboller. It can also be used as a topping on cookies and loaf cakes, or for filled chocolates and marzipan eggs that are dipped or enrobed.
