The Danish design brand by Brorson presents a new, minimalist vase that speaks directly to contemporary demands for uncompromising aesthetics, circular thinking, and locally rooted craftsmanship.
Standing 13.5 cm tall, this miniature vase successfully blends a clean, Nordic design language with a distinctive tactile quality, making it an essential element in modern interior styling.
Produced locally in Djursland, the vase is crafted from certified oak salvaged as surplus material from larger production runs. By transforming offcuts into high-end design, the vase conveys a compelling story of responsible luxury. An integrated, removable glass insert ensures full functional versatility, and the vase launches in three curated finishes designed to complement one another: natural oak, oiled oak, and smoked oak.
The vase serves as the ideal detail for creating visual balance and depth in any arrangement:
The wood’s tactile surface creates a sublime contrast against sleek materials such as brushed steel, raw concrete, or glass. The three finishes offer the flexibility to work with monochromatic tones or to create warm, dark contrasts using the smoked oak.
Thanks to its precise proportions and slender silhouette, the vase does not overpower the setting; instead, it acts as an elegant element that elevates the overall sense of space.
These vases are particularly well-suited for table settings; unlike dominant statement vases, this miniature model allows for the use of repetition. Arranging several vases in a rhythmic line creates a dynamic yet airy composition on the table.
The vase invites "micro-styling," where fewer elements create a greater impact. Use it for a single, architectural branch with dried seed pods, a minimalist cutting in water, or a single, graphic harbinger of spring.
