Product description:
Fresh lemon — zest and all — cold-pressed directly with the olives. No natural-identical flavourings. No infusion. The result is a clean, vivid citrus intensity that squeezing a lemon into oil never quite achieves.
Use it raw only — it doesn't hold up to heat. It works particularly well on raw vegetable salads, as a marinade base for fish, or as an all-in-one dressing wherever you'd normally reach for oil and lemon separately.
