Grapes: 100% Petit Meslier.
Petit Meslier is a very old grape variety dating back to the Middle Ages. After centuries of oblivion and near extinction, it is being reborn today, especially in its area of origin (Vincelles-Vallée de la Marne) to offer the most enlightened tasters a rare and authentic champagne.
The taste is fresh with notes of lemon and yellow grapefruit as well as delicate salinity.
