A flavorful, lactic acid-fermented beetroot juice made from open-pollinated, particularly aromatic varieties. A vegan delight of the highest Demeter quality, naturally rich in potassium and folic acid.

Vegetables from open-pollinated seeds: We support independent seed research and breeders like Christina Henatsch.
And for good reason: they develop reproducible vegetable varieties and preserve their seeds as cultural heritage. The more powerful seed corporations become, the more important our commitment to food from sustainable sources becomes.
For our vegetable juices, we primarily use open-pollinated vegetables from fair and organic farming.
