The Firex Touch Control electronic board allows you to create and save multi-step recipes and with the probes you can set, control and adjust the temperature inside the double jacket as well as that at the core of the product with extreme precision. In addition, we offer the Cook & Chill cooling system, which is especially useful for processing liquid foods, such as soups and broths, but it can also be applied to thicker foods, such as purees, of course with longer times or semi-finished products for the ice cream sector.
