Sogno – Italian specialities selected for taste
Sogno imports Italian speciality foods from small producers in regions such as Piemonte, Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna.
We select our products according to one simple principle:
They must taste great – products you can feel good about serving.
Most of our products are organic, and several are also biodynamic. For us, organic production is simply the baseline – not the goal in itself.
Our range includes:
• natural, organic and biodynamic wines from small wineries
• extra virgin olive oil from Tuscany
• Parmigiano Reggiano – including the rare Slowfood certified Vacca Bianca Modenese
• traditional balsamic vinegar from Modena
• roasted Piemonte hazelnuts and hazelnut creams
• Italian pasta and rice in gastronomic quality
All products are imported directly from producers in Italy and selected for their taste, craftsmanship and responsible production.
Sogno supplies restaurants, wine bars and speciality retailers across Denmark – places that want to offer their guests new taste experiences from Italy.

With a deep passion for Italian food culture and an unwavering dedication to responsible production, Christian founded sogno as a platform that combines flavor, history, and craftsmanship with care. As director, he draws on years of experience in gastronomy, communication, and marketing – with a particular focus on sourcing from producers who share his commitment to preserving the earth for future generations. Christian prioritizes organic, biodynamic, DOP- and SlowFood-certified products, yet he values more than certifications. He works closely with passionate artisans and natural winemakers who may not hold official certifications but are deeply committed to nurturing the land and raw materials with respect and care. For Christian, it’s not just about quality on the plate but about the values behind the product. His mission is to help small businesses stand out by offering taste experiences that not only delight the palate but also resonate with the heart. At the core of his philosophy is always “leaving a good taste in your mouth” – in every sense of the phrase.
