Healthy, functional and climate-friendly Ice Cream and Nutrition
Ice cream from Skarø contains neither air, water, additives, nor flavour enhancers. We use fresh fruit and whole berries. We use birch sap and seaweed in our organic products to enrich the natural sweetness and enable a much healthier product, as they allow us to reduce the amount of added sugar and avoid added salt.
We cater to vegans with our Creamy Vegan and fresh sorbets. Fitness and sports enthusiasts – and those who are not well – get both delights and benefits from our tasty and nutritious protein ice cream. Our dairy ice cream is pure bliss, made with natural cream from a local dairy.
All our products are developed and produced in our eco-friendly ice cream dairy on the island of Skarø. We use innovative circular energy-efficient production – and as of 2023, we have installed the largest private solar-energy facility in our district.

Founder and CEO
Martin has extensive knowledge in research and innovative food development – he is particularly interested in the health area. He is constantly in the process of developing new products with beneficial properties for the body and mind.
