Come and taste the best Danish honey and the best award-winning Danish mead from two breweries.
Denmark's Beekeepers Association is a knowledge and interest organization for beekeepers in Denmark. We work purposefully to improve the conditions of beekeeping and beekeepers in Denmark. We have 5,500 members and have 80 local associations across the country.
At the Fair, in addition to honey, we also present mead made from Danish honey from Une Mjød (https://mead.dk/) and Snoremark (https://snoremark.dk/).
In Denmark's Beekeepers Association, we actively work for:
to improve the conditions of beekeepers in Denmark
to ensure that Danish honey is a unique natural product of the highest quality
to ensure that the crops in Danish agriculture and fruit growing are sufficiently pollinated
to ensure sufficient pollination of nature's flowering plants
to ensure the honeybees' health and food base

Snoremark started as a "garage brewery" in 2010. It has since moved from the garage to a former pig barn and has developed into a professional mead brewery. Today, Snoremark is recognized for its seriousness and its ambitions to brew dessert wines that can satisfy all.
