The Danish Beekeepers Association is a knowledge and interest organization for beekeepers in Denmark. We work purposefully to improve the conditions of beekeeping and beekeepers in Denmark. We are more than 6000 members and have 80 local associations across the country.
At the Fair, in addition to honey and beepollen, we also present mead made from Danish honey from Une Mjød (https://mead.dk/) and Snoremark (https://snoremark.dk/).

ContactKenneth Jensen
Brewmaster at Une Mjød
In the small brewery Une Mjød on Nordfyn, with Kenneth Jensen at the helm, you can buy Danish mead, which we brew ourselves in the old-fashioned way. All our products for sale are made from scratch without the use of chemicals, pressure filters or other shortcuts. We prioritize an authentic experience, like when the Vikings made the golden potion of the gods, and do not add alcohol. The alcohol percentage is solely due to the natural fermentation process. Une Mjød's principle is naturalness, time and good raw materials, as we believe this produces the best mead of the highest quality.

Brewmaster SNoremark
Snoremark started as a "garage brewery" in 2010. It has since moved from the garage to a former pig barn and has developed into a professional mead brewery. Today, Snoremark is recognized for its seriousness and its ambitions to brew dessert wines that can satisfy all.
