Mejnerts is a family-run company, located in northwest Zealand, Denmark. We run a modern farm with our own mill and our own production of grain, flour and potatoes.

At Mejnerts, we ourselves are responsible for all stages of production, from the kernel being placed in the ground to the stone grinding in the mill.

Our concept is 'From Soil to Mouth'. The concept, in all its simplicity, is to produce a 100% Danish product with ecology, sustainability and quality as the highest priorities.

In 2024, we will focus on whole grains, bran, the use of all sizes of potatoes and rye.

At Foodexpo we are bringing the fantastic Danish rye, which we can use much more in the lighter doughs. It ads great taste and fantastic colouring.

News: We have developed Karamelrug, which is a light malt flour. It is our very own grain of rye, that has been malted very gently. After being processed in the stone grind, it gives us this light malt flour, that has natural sweetness and notes of caramel. It gives a fantastic taste and expands the use of the good Danish rye into cookies, cakes, desserts etc
