Havsmag was founded by entrepreneur Jens Helt, who is passionate about developing flavorful quality products that also consider the environment. With a world population on the rise, there is pressure on the Earth's food resources. Therefore, we need to explore alternatives to conventional crops. Seaweed is a great and tasty option.
At Havsmag, the seaweed is hand-harvested along the coasts of Langeland. This ensures a gentle and sustainable harvest without compromising quality. We primarily use the top shoots of bladderwrack, as it not only tastes the best but also ensures the plant's continued growth.
Havsmag's products are diverse, but they all share a focus on the taste experience - gastronomy and sustainability go hand in hand at Havsmag.
