Thunberg is a small bakery that takes pride in producing vegan baked goods, which are naturally gluten-free and lactose-free (milk-free) without compromising either texture or taste. We bake completely without wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, honey, nuts(*) and animal ingredients, so our baked goods can be eaten by vegans, vegetarians, people with multiple allergies, those who suffer from celiac disease or lactose intolerance, or those on a low FODMAP diet.
