Our green gold is here to surprise you. A marvellous villa in the hills of Assisi, Villa Solana has a unique and breathtaking view over the sunsets above valleys and mountains facing Perugia and Assisi. We have an olive grove for organic production with more than 1200 trees, and we have sheeps fertilizing our land. The product is a testament to a biodynamic and organic way of producing and we are proud to offer a high quality organic olive oil. We take pride also in making sure that the olives are pressed within the first 48 hour from collection, to ensure the best quality.
