In My Glutenfree Bakery the mission is to make natural glutenfree bread, cakes and pancakes without compromsing with the taste, texture or the raw materials in the products.
Therefore all products are organic and dairyfree and all breads and pancakes are produced without use of any artificial preservatives or colourings.
Further a lot of the products are also vegan and / or without added sugar.
All breads and cakes are handmade in our own bakery just outside the town Hobro in Jutland, Denmark.
