- Bag Willemoes og Jolly står Danmarks fjerdestørste bryggeri, Vestfyen. Startet i 1885 i Assens, med det formål at brygge bayersk øl til lokalbefolkningen. I dag ligger bryggeriet stadig i Assens, men vi er meget mere end bayersk øl. Vi er en stor producent af klassisk øl, specialøl, sodavand og cider.
- Behind Willemoes and Jolly stands Denmark’s fourth-largest brewery, Vestfyen. Founded in 1885 in Assens with the purpose of brewing Bavarian-style beer for the local community, the brewery is still based in Assens today. However, we are much more than Bavarian-style beer — we are a major producer of traditional beer, craft beer, soft drinks, and cider.

Discover Jolly’s new campaign universe, “Keep it Jolly,” and enjoy tastings across our full range of 10 variants. At the stand, you can also meet our bartender, who will be mixing cocktails and offering inspiration on how Jolly can be used in new serving occasions. At the same time, you can hear the story of Denmark’s original cola, Jolly Cola – and how, in 2025, we experienced being one of the most talked-about brands in the country.
We are also showcasing our specialty beer brand Willemoes, where we present a completely new visual universe as well as new variants. Willemoes stands for depth of flavor, distinct character, and high quality – come and taste for yourself and explore the full breadth of our range.
On Monday, you will also have the opportunity to meet our brewmaster, Christoph Behnke, and have a conversation about the craftsmanship behind one of Denmark’s first specialty beer brands.
