TRADITION SINCE 1956 IN 1956, FOUNDED AS A VILLAGE BUTCHER’S SHOP BY ARTHUR RINNER, THE BUSINESS WAS HANDED OVER TO HIS SON ALEXANDER IN 2003.Alexander wanted to move away from the traditional butcher’s shop and turn it into a true bacon production business. This sparked the idea of producing only smoked products and long-life goods, and in 2008 the company was rebuilt. That same year, his son Max began his apprenticeship as a butcher and, at the age of 23, joined the business.The company continued to grow, and in 2017 construction of a new production facility began, which was completed and occupied in 2019.
