HKI has invited the suppliers La Treccia, Luigi Guffanti and Salumificio Pedrazzoli to join them at their stand. On Monday at 14:15, there will be a small tasting event featuring their Italian products.
During the tasting, you will learn about the origin of the products, the story behind them, as well as information about the producers and the production methods that make these products unique.
You will also have the opportunity to speak directly with the producers, who will be present to answer questions and share their knowledge—giving you even more stories and insights to share with your customers and guests.
