In My Glutenfree Bakery the mission is to make natural glutenfree bread, cakes, pancakes and pizzabuttoms where we don't compromise on either the taste, consistency or the raw materials we use.
Therefore are all products also organic, dairyfree and all bread, pancakes and pizzabuttoms are free of preservatives and colourings. Only additive used in the cakes is sunflower lecithin which is an ingredient in the vegan butter we use.
Further are a lot of our products vegan and / or free from added sugar.
All breads and cakes are handmade and all products are baked in our own bakery in Hobro, Denmark.
