Oak wood has formidable properties which you cannot live without in your kitchen

Oak is a heavy, hard and stable type of wood. The wood retains its shape very well and is very resistant to wear and tear. Oak has a very high content of tannic acid, which means that bacteria cannot establish themselves in the wood.
Oak cutting boards are ideally suited to hard wear in daily use and in relation to the hygienic properties.
