Mia Wagner: "Life as a lioness in primetime"
Mia Wagner is a trained lawyer and conflict mediator and started her career as a defense lawyer and later as partner in Wagner Advokater. In 2017, she became CEO of the family group Freeway, which is owned by her father and brother and is headquartered in Viborg. In the autumn of 2020, Mia left Freeway and today she is co-founder and director of the company Nordic Female Founders, which she co-founded with co-founder Anne Stampe Olesen in November 2020. Nordic Female Founders works to create equality and growth among female entrepreneurs in Denmark.
Mia is known from the TV show "Drangons' Den", where she is a part of the investor panel as the only female investor. This lecture is based on Mia's participation in "Drangons' Den" and her own entrepreneurial journey. It will also focus on the challenges connected with a life as an entrepreneur, and how we can make an effort to create a solid foundation for the Danish entrepreneurs.

For 46 years, an iconic 14-storey high-rise building in Birk near Herning served as a public high school. Maja Füchsel, director of Højhuset, talks about the transformation of the former high school into a modern and different cultural meeting place.
