Finalists from Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Iceland and Finland are ready to compete about the title of Best Nordic Chef on Tuesday, March 29. On the same day, 5 young talents will compete to become the Best Junior Chef in the Nordic countries.
But as everyone knows, a kitchen and a chef cannot stand alone, and therefore the chefs are also joined by 5 talented waiters, who will compete to become the Best Nordic Waiter. The five waiters finalists are judged on a wide range of criteria that go well beyond being able to place a plate on the table. Among other things, they must demonstrate knowledge about both raw materials, dishes, wine and at the same time be able to create a good atmosphere with the guests at the table.
See, who will win the trophy, when all three competitions take place on Tuesday, March 29 in Hall E. It is free to attend the competitions, which are organized by the Nordic Chef Association.
