Naturmælk / Øllingegård

The first organic farmers who established Naturmælk in Sønderjylland back in 1994, created the dairy on the basis of a work philosophy based on the Indian teaching that "we have not inherited the land from our fathers, but borrowed it from our children".

This doctrine is still essential in the way in which the now 44 farmers, their families, their agriculture and the dairy Naturmælk act; a consideration of the land cultivated at all stages of the value chain.

In 2017, the organic dairy Øllingegaard in North Zealand and Naturmælk were merged into one company. We entered into a merger of the 2 smaller dairies, and today therefore operate a dairy both on Zealand and in Southern Jutland.

For the past +25 years, everyone in the community around Naturmælk has worked for organic and sustainability - on the farms and at the dairies.

And every day we continue to work on creating the healthiest foods with the greatest taste experiences.
