The stone oven baked Light Roll with sourdough, with crispy crust and nice hue, is baked with durum flour and liquid sourdough. The bread has the popular and balanced taste of sourdough with a slightly toasted note.

The stone oven baked Rye Roll with topping is baked with rye flakes, flax seeds and sunflower seeds. It has a crispy crust with a varied sprinkle of sesame seeds, blue birch, millet seeds, rye flakes and flax seeds. The crumb is delicious, dark and juicy - and the taste is mild with notes of malt.
