The Danish Agriculture & Food Council represents the farming and food industries of Denmark including companies, trade and farmers’ associations.

There is growing interest in plant-based foods in today's Denmark. The media and the many market and consumer analyses carried out by The Danish Agriculture & Food Council bear witness to this.
But the supply of plant-based foods is still far from as large as it is abroad. And there is good reason for this. It can be a long way from idea to finished product and marketing for Danish companies, and many companies are looking for both market insights and advice on marketing, nutrition, food safety and legislation. It is precisely these challenges that the PlanteVærket industry association wants to meet.

PlanteVærket is an industry community for companies that produce and market to the growing plant-based food market. In common, members have a desire to strengthen the bottom line and distribution of plant-based crops and products.
