Within our own restaurant we experienced an increasing demand for alcohol-free products, but found that products such as sodas and juice were too sugary and that guests became full by the drinks - not the food.

We dicided we had to do better and challange the way that alcohol-free drinks where designed

After several attempts, broken bottles and headaches, we came up with a method that allowed us to create a new light and elegant alcohol-free experience. The method is a combination of traditional fermentation methods that we know from champagne, combined with modern brewing techniques. With this, we have created a new beverage category; BORINO fizz

Sell BORINO Fizz by the glass

The 21-day fermentation process develops the sofisticated durable bubbles . Using a good champagne lock, the bubbles can stay in the drink, for up to 4 days. Which gives the restaurants ample time to sell all 6 glasses.

"Kunstbryggeriet Far & Søn" began as an art project where we, in collaboration with a number of authors, interpreted poems in beer.
Later it has become "a real brewery", a restaurant and today a beverage company with its own brands and development for other companies who want to bring clean and healthier beverages to the market.
