Gartneriet Marienlyst

An Organic root croop company west of Aarhus, with 40 years of experience. We mainly produce carrots, potatoes, parsnips, jeruselem artichokes and beets. However we also produce rainbow carrots, radishes and coloured beets. We sell to supermarkets, online stores. meal boxes, as well as small wholesellers. Feel free to drop by, for more information.

Marienlyst Ento - Mealworm larvae.

Waiste from the carrots and potatoes at Gartneriet Marienlyst, are being used to feed the mealworm larvae and beetles at Marienlyst Ento.
Larvae and beetles are fed with 100% organic residual products from food production. Mealworm larvae are a very sustainable source of protein, B12, Omega-3 fatty acids and more.
