At Torvescenen, relevant themes within retail are highlighted when, among other things, delve into topics such as consumer behaviour, future research and the new packaging directive. At The Delhi, classic Danish openfaced sandwiches are served - interpreted with a green twist. Here we use the ingredients from the four Market Stalls to create new, exciting variants of the Danish "smørrebrød".Enjoy the food in the best street food style at the festival tables in front of The Market Square Scene, and take the opportunity to attend one of the many daily presentations.
