Green Chef International
Meet Nordic and international top chefs as they reinvent the classic kitchen and create the gastronomy of the future – inspired by nature, the season’s finest ingredients, and Nordic food culture.

Green Chef International has grown into a significant Nordic success.
Here, some of the Nordic region’s most talented competition chefs face off in a new, greener version of the classic culinary contests.
The competition is not vegan, but vegetables take center stage. This creates an exciting and creative foundation where chefs truly have the opportunity to showcase their craftsmanship and understanding of green gastronomy.
The following countries are already confirmed:
Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Finland, and Latvia.
